    After being a loyal Hilton customer for 6+ yrs, this hotel has convinced me to switch to another hotel brand. Our experience started with the revelation they had overbooked and therefore downgraded our room. Instead of the 2 bedroom suite with three actual beds that we booked and had paid for, we were given a room with one bed, a pullout sofa, and a roll away bed. Once we got in the room, we found that it had not been cleaned well with food and wrappers under the couch that we had to shift to make the roll away fit. The tv remote did not work- you could not turn volume down or adjust the channels. The only solution offered by Hilton was to reimburse the difference in price between the two rooms which we found less than satisfactory given we had planned and prepped for us to have enough actual beds and some privacy as a family- this was not the case with the new lesser accommodations. After 6+ years of loyalty to Hilton I can guarantee we will never stay in another of their brand again.

    Great staff absolutely love the atmosphere they bring to the place. Always happy to see them when I stay here i have been returning for 3 years just for the amazing staff and what this place has to offer.

    My family of 5 stayed here for one night in 2022 summer, and it was one of the best experiences we have had. The staff was very welcoming. They offered BBQ party when we arrived and a great breakfast the next morning. Everything was beautifully decorated and arranged. I remember a staff member, Maurice, was friendly and helpful. I've always recommended this hotel whenever people ask about it.

    I absolutely love them especially the three ladies there the cook n the two that work behide the besl they know what they doing n they are very polite I apperocate them so much and I'm very grateful they welcome me in there couple times
