We were pleased to find out we could buy drinks at the pub to take to up to our room. The service was great. We got an upgrade to a two room suite, and it was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is average, not included, but is partially subsidized with a food credit if you have Hilton membership. Excellent service from hostess Chelsea. Today I simply wanted to use the restroom, I urgently needed to, but the hotel employee, the administrator at the front desk, did not let me into the restroom and was also rude to me! I ask you to take action against this female administrator; she was there on approximately December 6, 2025, at approximately 6:00 pm. I have been to all the hotels in Ithaca and everywhere else they let me use the restroom without any problems. Please respect our work; we transport your clients, and you can't even let us use the restroom! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
