I asked about this at the front desk, and there was nobody in the lobby to help me out. When I asked the next morning, they said they only turn over the rooms every other day. What?!?!?! I'm a Hilton Honors member, paying an average price of over $375 per night before taxes. You can't even make my bed? Indoor pool was closed for maintenance. I was switched out of the room type I booked for maintenance. Nobody was in the entire lobby when I checked in (had to wait almost 10 minutes), and the next night when I wanted to ask about my room not being serviced. Hidden fee of $4 per day to park in their parking lot. Not a dealbreaker, but come on folks. For this price, do better.
