Disappointing stay. While it may be "recently renovated," it stinks like an old cigarette-soaked motel. The room was clean for what it was and you can tell that they recently replaced some fixtures. However, new fixtures or not - it smells. I can't say whether this is unique to the room I was in or is property-wide. As other reviews have noted, if you are on the road side you will hear loud traffic. I was awoke in the middle of the night from a tractor-trailer riding its air-brake by the property. And lastly, perhaps most infuriatingly, this is the only Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at that charges for parking. It's around $4 but it is not prominently disclosed and certainly not expected - it is a naked money grab. I would not stay here again when there are so many other nearby options.

The keys don’t work for all rooms, so staff have to open them manually. The hot water is cloudy/murky. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she seemed unconcerned and simply said that’s normal for the water in this area.
