I asked about this at the front desk, and there was nobody in the lobby to help me out. When I asked the next morning, they said they only turn over the rooms every other day. What?!?!?! I'm a Hilton Honors member, paying an average price of over $375 per night before taxes. You can't even make my bed? Indoor pool was closed for maintenance. I was switched out of the room type I booked for maintenance. Nobody was in the entire lobby when I checked in (had to wait almost 10 minutes), and the next night when I wanted to ask about my room not being serviced. Hidden fee of $4 per day to park in their parking lot. Not a dealbreaker, but come on folks. For this price, do better.

The one big issue is the WiFi, which is the worst I've used at any hotel in a long time. All of my devices kept getting kicked off every 10-20 minutes, even during the middle of the day when the hotel wasn't busy. The location is close to everything in Ithaca, but it is fairly noisy if you're facing the highway. It's also near some areas that aren't especially safe at night. The pool is closed indefinitely (as of September 2025) in case that matters to you.
