    I love the vibe from this hotel. It's so cozy and just well designed. It's a little bit pricey and hard to get to but the staff is very friendly and overall It's a great hotel.

    The most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any hotel — absolutely unacceptable. I’m not even a guest at this hotel, and after what happened, I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. My car was towed from a spot that had NO signage at all — nothing indicating “hotel property,” “tow-away zone,” or “reserved.” Just a bare pole where their sign clearly fell off. Maintaining proper signage is 100% the hotel’s responsibility, and their failure to do that caused this whole mess. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like it wasn’t their problem. They kept repeating excuses instead of showing even basic courtesy. And the general manager’s attitude was equally poor — no empathy, no ownership, no professionalism whatsoever. It’s ridiculous that a hotel would tow someone’s car when there is absolutely no way to know you’re not allowed to park there. And the way they handled the situation afterward made everything worse. Even though I wasn’t staying at this property, this incident alone tells me all I need to know about how they treat people. If this is how they manage their parking lot and interact with the public, I can’t imagine the level of care guests actually get inside. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
