We had water damage to the bathroom ceiling, and the shower bench mounting was very loose. I didn't dare sit on it. The in-room cable worked intermittently and the little buttons to control the curtains didn't seem to work. The restaurant and lounge area looked great, though we ate out at other places during our visit. The staff we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant.
