Don't stay here!
Bad rooms, bad service, bad attitude and ripoff parking rates.
Bad hotel room with very weak water pressure in shower. GO to the YMCA down the street for a good shower.
Valet parking jumps from $10 to $20 at 5pm every day, What the heck is that ! BTW there is free parking on the street and in the lot across main street.
Questioned the manager about an error on my bill and he yelled at me before I could get 2 words out of my mouth. He clearly thinks he is a mind reader.
Front desk staff were incompetent.

HORRIBLE experience when traveling here for a wedding at the top of September. We stayed for four nights and had to switch rooms after the first night due to the reservation. We were only in the first room for a few hours to sleep and immediately checked out the next morning around 8am to head to the city. While we were still packing up our belongings, to prepare for checkout, I kept getting a waft of marijuana every time I walked by the tv/desk area. I knew that we did not bring anything of the sort into the room and looked around but couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. We proceeded to check out and on our return from the city they refused to let us check into the new room until we paid a $250 smoking fee.
The manager on duty was Natalie, and she was the most unhelpful person ever. She proceeded to say she had evidence and showed us a pack of pre-rolls in an empty trash bag and simply said we should have reported the smell before we checked out if it wasn’t us.
1) It’s not my responsibility to discover something in a room that I know I did not bring into it!
2) The previous guest put it in the trash and departed. While turning over the room, the cleaning staff did not remove the prior guests trash, which caused the lingering smell.
3) This only emphasized the lack of cleanliness and protocols that this property has because EVERY towel was also dirty.
Sharing this so if you need to decide on a place to stay… PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked my wedding block here and it was the biggest mistake. Staff was consistently rude to me and my guests. On my wedding day, in the pouring rain, I was told my bridal bus couldn’t pull up to the front entrance because it would “block valet” even if it was just for the few minutes it would take us girls to go from lobby to bus (everyone was ready and standing by door. There would be no delay). I was literally told to walk up the block in a $26,000 gown to get to my bus IN THE RAIN!
On top of that, our block rate was under $300, but when I asked for more rooms for my family, I was rudely told no — guests were then forced to pay $550 a night or stay at the chalet up the road. Completely unprofessional, completely unhelpful, and an awful experience from start to finish. I know this hotel is incredibly close to Waters Edge and the Vanderbilt but do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
