Breakfast was pretty good but for a long stay the options got a little repetitive. Lots of parking around the hotel and plenty of grassy areas as well. Occasional rudeness from one particular front desk employee but overall fine.

I contacted them one week in advance, and was told to leave the sales manager a voicemail. I called back the next day and did the same. In total, I left about 4 voicemails with no call back whatsoever. Eventually we booked at another hotel. Based on my prior experience, the conference room was fine. Service is obviously horrible - it's nonexistent. And the location is a flat 3, because it's near the airport. There's nothing else adding or deducting from the location rating.
- SBSean BOct 8, 20253.0Was pleasantly shocked on arrival to find out they have just renovated! Dark rooms are now bright, small TVs gone and now have large ones with streaming. Staff were very friendly, and grounds are really nice. The breakfast was the let down…and to be clear Hilton free breakfast is nothing special on its beat day. This hotel, on multiple days had burnt food, and at 7:30a very little left. No attendant around…after 1/2 hour I was thankful there is a McDonalds close by. I understand a bad day, but it was every morning. Sad that a poor, free breakfast makes a nice hotel look so bad.
