We only stayed one night on our way through and it had everything we needed … clean room, comfy bed and pillows, plenty of towels and ability to do laundry, which we needed after a week on the road. The staff is amazing and the location is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was leaving the Courtyard down the street and (stupidly) left the hatch on my rental car open. As I was driving down the street I heard a thump and when I stopped, I realized my suitcase had fallen out. I turned around, but it was gone. We stopped by the Candlewood, the nearest hotel and asked if anyone had brought it in, no luck. When I got to the airport, I got a call from a woman at Candlewood (Monday around 4:30 p.m.) asking if I had lost a suitcase. Apparently the guy that found it called the Candlewood to ask if someone had lost luggage, which they knew nothing about. Rather than just leaving it at that, the Candlewood woman called the other area hotels for someone who had just checked out, got my name and number from the Courtyard and called me, enabling the return of my bag, just in time to make my flight. Excellent service!

When I brought it to the service desk's attention, I was told that since they are considered a long term stay hotel, it's hard to control the cleanliness of other guests. They don't clean rooms daily. They gave us ant traps and spray. Unreal!
