  Amazing hotel, super clean, beautiful, excellent customer service. Price is reasonable, we got a great value for our money. Overall we had a great experience.

  Was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for a long time. I looked for dirt and couldn't find any. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

  Nice clean hotel, good room size, nice location for Elmira visit and close to many stores. Few negative things to note, 1. The rooms don’t have coffee machines, you must go down to main breakfast are even for hot water. Not sure why but even cheapest hotel have these. 2. There are no mirrors outside side washrooms. So getting ready is time consuming.

  Fairly easy to get to off the road=almost secluded, but one can hear highway traffic from the room. Very friendly, helpful staff! Room was simple and comfortable without the weird smells that one can sometimes encounter at hotels. To avoid noise from upper rooms, I suggest requesting a fourth floor room. Breakfast consisted of both hot and cold items replenished regularly to satisfy guests. There is a pool & fitness center, plus a guest computer with printer next to the front desk.
