We stayed here for only one night while we were visiting a local college. The rooms were nicely kept, newer facilities and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located near a local shopping center and is nicely situated near a main road. Overall very nice experience.

We stayed here on a single overnight to break up a long trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel was wonderful and immaculate. The reception area was well attended and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great especially the waffle making station. Everything was very well kept. The reception even let my daughter pick a toy from a toy chest upon checkout. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. 10/10 !

I booked this hotel after reading many positive reviews, but my stay was quite disappointing. While the hotel is new and looks clean at first, it clearly lacks attention to detail — for example, the trash can in the room didn’t even have a liner, and we had to ask housekeeping for one.
The biggest issue was the lack of ventilation. The windows couldn’t be opened, and there was no air vent either. For a hotel located right next to the forest, the rooms felt completely airless and dry. I had to run the AC nonstop, and after two nights, my nose started bleeding due to the dryness. And this was in a suite room.
We previously stayed at the same brand’s Lake Placid location and had a fantastic experience there, but this property doesn’t come close to that level of service or quality. Even breakfast didn’t include fresh coffee. Overall, a disappointing stay — not sure I would choose this brand again.
