- CCcaitlynn carsonAug 30, 20251.0This was a sheer disappointment and gross. We stayed here for our anniversary and were very disappointed. When we arrived the room looked nice. It was big and seemed clean but we started to quickly find that we were wrong. There was a pill on the floor next to the bed along with used earplugs. They left the previous occupants bedding on the fold out couch and simply folded it into the couch. There were several used qtips behind the couch, the windows were actively leaking on the inside, white crusty gunk on both sides of the chair cushion, falling/bubbled wallpaper, a wadded up dirty towel behind the head of the mattress, and toothpaste on the sink cabinet. The shower didnt drain and the wifi didn't work (not because of the password but the signal strength in the room was so poor it wouldnt even allow us to try to connect to it). We could hear the people above us so loudly walking around that it was bothersome (obviously more than the general walking of above) and it sounded like the floor/cieling was weak and the carbon monoxide detector was up by the ceiling. The hotel is right next to the train tracks and the fire station so we were woken up early from the train and heard sirens all night (this wasn't bothersome to us however its a good thing to be aware of for future guests).
