  I've traveled 13 years for work and this is probably close to the worst hotel I've stayed in. Cleanliness is meh, I stepped on beer tops that were beside my bed when I first checked in. I had holes in my sheets when I checked in last week and the refrigerator wasent turned on when I checked in so my food about went bad. Customer service sucks, this is the 3rd week I have spent in this hotel. I got a room that wont switch the input to play my xbox, I asked the front desk and was told none of the tvs switch input. Mind you the past 2 weeks I stayed here i can hook my xbox up fine. The guy at the front desk said " im just the over night guy, I dont know anything" I stayed in older super 8 hotels that I could change the inputs. The breakfast is always missing something or the machines are out of order. Even the easy stuff as muffins granola bars etc are always gone. If I was using my money I would stay elsewhere. Not happy about my stays here at all.

  The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is inviting and the pool was a relaxing treat. Unfortunately my morning was less than ideal. I stepped into the shower to find the shower head broken and both the refillable shampoo and body wash dispenser empty. There is no excuse for this.

  When we were given a home here we stayed here to do paperwork with the lawyers. The hotel was nice and had a decent set up. It is expensive. IDK why but all hotels in Hornell are actually very over priced. I do think they could use competition to bring down prices. I live down the road from the hotel in the home I was given so I pass by this very often. It is often booked full, which asserts that Hornell does need more lodging options. If you are going to stop in Hornell this is a decent stop.

  Hotel is clean pool is clean staff was amazing! Breakfast was decent a nice variety. A hotel off the beatin path. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

  They are direct bill with our company, so they get our business, nobody else in the area will get our business, nice place, not hard to find and get into, or out of, the bathroom fan must have been a jet engine, it's pretty loud, and the paint in the bathroom on the ceiling, in room 120, needs scraped and repainted. Breakfast was not bad, better than other places we stay at.
