- SSSaroshNov 17, 20253.0Updated at the bottom. Rooms are as you would expect for 3 star hotels. They are clean, well kept, and most do stock a fridge plus microwave. Service is exceptional here and I did want to make a special point of it. Staff is extremely nice And helpful plus they will go out of their way to help with the smallest things if they are able. Attached restaurant was ok food which is also convenient. Nothing special to look at in the surrounding area or even through windows aesthetically speaking but that's not really the hotels fault I suppose. Decently priced but usually does have slightly cheaper options via 3rd party when it comes to pricing. Plus it does have laundry facilities if needed. No breakfast options but the restaurant does. Update: Unfortunately I am lowering the rating from 5/5 to 3/5. The service from 2nd shift and 3rd shift is excellent however I cannot say the same for first shift. I did extend my stay here for a total of 7 days and I was going to do another day but I would rather stay somewhere else now. Badgering. Disrespectful. You shouldn't start your sentence with " I'm not trying to be mean but" and then telling me to extend by 11am or they won't do it. Then after walking away telling her colleague something similar saying if he doesn't do it by 11am tomorrow to not process it. They ended up towing the whole customer service thing out of the window with this interaction. Called my room like five times yesterday in less than an hour in the morning about exchanging keys when I said I would be there in like 30 minutes in the morning. They need to do better. Talking badly about your customers when they can still hear you probably not the best way to go in keeping them as your customers, just a thought.

Update: I came back for a longer stay. Same room, really nice, good hotel staff and very helpful. Just wish the tv's had better channel selections or would allow Chromecast or similar selections. The attached restaurant will be covered under a seperate review since they are run independently.
