    We stayed at the Best Western in Hammondsport and the staff was wonderful! The people that work here are the best thing about this place! Everyone is helpful, informative and kind. The location is good and the restaurant offers convenient and tasty fare. The room however was a disappointment. The shower was dirty – mold and mildew in the door tracks and a layer of grime on the floor of the shower. The vent in the ceiling of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The rug had tears, The sink was cracked, the air filters in the room HVAC were clogged with filth and the room was generally not clean. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. We could hear the people walking upstairs above us which was very disruptive, especially at night. I will say that the bedding was clean. I don't think I would stay here again.

    Traveled 5 hours from Bronx NY. Unexpectedly, needed a overnight stay. Thankful for the Availability and the price was reasonable. Enjoyed the on site small menu food Cafe. Great complimentary breakfast. Comfortable atmosphere. My first choice for any future stays.

    We stayed overnight to visit the Glenn Curtiss museum. This was a very nice hotel. Pool was in good shape, the exercise room was also good. Very nice looby and breakfast area. Breakfast was very nice ran by a friendly and helpful host. Nice stay

    One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the last 10 years. The room was spacious, spotless, and honestly felt like new. The entire hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. From check in to check out, the service was top tier. Special shoutout to the older lady working breakfast, absolute gem. Warm, attentive, and made the mornings better. Breakfast itself was great and well done. We stayed as a family with my wife and two kids, and it was very comfortable and family friendly. Two small suggestions. The shower water pressure could be stronger, and it would be nice to have more late night food options available on Uber Eats or DoorDash for delivery to the hotel. Neither of these were deal breakers. Overall, an excellent stay and I would absolutely come back and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
