  Clean. Free breakfast. Small pool sort of heated. Rooftop bar was just opening for the season. Food was good, liquor made me sick after 1.5 drinks. John Tapper should come check their bottles. 1 of 4 hotel employees were great. The others couldn't care less about the visitors. Place in disrepair. Being diamond elite we shouldn't have had to go downstairs after 3-4hrs after request to get our own towels or extra linens for guests.

  Struttura ottima per pulizia e servizi (oltre il necessario, all'ingresso, sono presenti due computer e relativa stampante a me molto utili per stampare le carte d'imbarco). Colazione ottima e posizione strategica per le cascate del Niagara. Lo consiglio ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

  Supremely clean! Not a speck of dust or dirt or stain anywhere. The bathroom was completely pristine. Room smelled fresh and was very spacious! A/C blew very cold and was not loud. Service was fantastic and the breakfast was very good too! Very nice that it sits right off of 190 so it is very easy to find your way back!

  I stayed here during my trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel looks modern, clean, and very cozy. I really liked that the room had everything I needed: a coffee machine, a microwave, and a small fridge. It was very convenient and looked stylish. However, there were two main issues. First, the pillows were very uncomfortable. I kept waking up every hour because of them. Second, the shower door was broken. I was actually afraid to close it properly. It’s a nice place with a good atmosphere, but they really need to fix the shower and get better pillows for a comfortable stay.

  I booked a night here for a quick family visit to the Niagara Falls, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was clean, quiet, and surprisingly affordable for the area. The location is perfect for visitors, just about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls, and the drive itself gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the Niagara River. It really adds to the experience. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, which made check‑in smooth and pleasant. I didn't try the free breakfast myself, but my family did, and they said it was absolutely worth it. They enjoyed the variety and the quality of the options offered. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and value. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Falls.
