    The best hotel I have ever stayed in. My husband and I stayed here during our mini honeymoon and everything was amazing! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member was very nice. The price is super affordable, especially for the quality. Highly recommend!!

    Accessibility rooms are unique.. the shower water is opposite, meaning hot is cold and cold is hot. Also, could not figure out how to turn the water on or off, you have to actually push it in to turn it off and pull it out to turn it off. Lastly the accessibility rooms were at the end of the hallway

    Had the most wonderful vacation staying here. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff was amazing specifically Jamal. I lost my room key a couple times and he was super nice about making me new ones and we had fun joking about it during our 5 days stay. I also had my mother with us who struggles with dementia and he was very kind to keep an eye out in case she wandered off. I felt he went above and beyond. I appreciated him immensely. There was a lady who cleaned and she was always friendly and talkative. I loved the look of the hotel. I called it the castle and it was neat that it was on "the island". Although I accrued a lot of fees from the toll coming and going. It was worth it. The hotel felt very safe and no crime seemed to ever go on here. We also saw deer grazing in the yard when you first turned in. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. When we needed extra amenities like blankets and sheets they were very quick to get them. Unlike other places I've stayed. You have to try the restaurant on the roof as well. It wasnt busy when we went and the lady working was really friendly. The portions were big and the food was delicious! I recommend staying here 10 out of 10. If ever in the area I'll be staying here again!

    A few weeks ago we stayed at your hotel. I don’t usually leave comments, but this time I need to. With sadness and disappointment, I’m leaving this review. At reception there was a Latina girl - I don’t remember her name, I believe she was from Colombia. We stayed there for five days, and from the very first day, with her warm welcome, we could tell what kind of professional she was. However, one afternoon, while my husband and I were near the front desk, this young woman approached another staff member to ask a simple question. The woman she approached worked in housekeeping. I don’t know her name, but I will describe her: she was large, tall, with an unpleasant smile, and quite intimidating - her energy felt harsh despite an attempt at friendliness. Later, this woman started mocking her, and suddenly she ran behind the front desk, shouting grotesque words that I don’t even dare to repeat. You could hear yelling and banging - it was clear this woman had lost control. We couldn’t do anything about such an unfortunate event because of our age, but fortunately, the police arrived. We thought that woman would be arrested, however, nothing happened. What’s most regrettable and made me angry is that I called the hotel a few days ago to ask about the Latina girl. I was told they had no knowledge of any Latina staff member. I sincerely hope she is alright, because I will make it my task to find out what happened to her, and if something did happen, we have a video of that day. Of what occurred and the mistreatment and abuse she suffered. As for the housekeeping woman, I hope she’s dismissed, as I cannot imagine this was her first instance of such behavior toward colleagues. MISTREATMENT, RACISM, WORKPLACE HARASSMENT, AND VIOLENCE AT HOLIDAY INN GRAND ISLAND NIAGARA FALLS. AND NO ONE, NO ONE DID ANYTHING.

    we stayed at this hotel for 1 night in august, when we were leaving in the morning my daughter forgot her bag there. we remembered it 2 hours after we left and i immediately called the hotel and explained the issue, the person in charge told me that the bag was with me and that i had to follow some procedures, i did whatever was necessary and forwarded it to them, but we could not receive the bag, i called several times to get information but each time i called they said they would investigate the issue and get back to me but they definitely never did!!! Now i ask you how reliable this hotel is, when i first called the bag was there what must have happened to it afterwards i did not get a call back!!! never again, it was a big disappointment for us!! please reconsider if you are thinking of staying there!!!
