They were able to help us out with a late check out. We also forgot to bring an HDMI wire and the gentleman at the front was kind enough to find one and lend it to us for the night. Would highly recommend staying here.

The gentleman at the front desk would not even look at my reservation and said he could not make changes and what his computer said is what it says. Priceline claims they sent the correct information, which was for a room with 2 queen beds and one sofa bed. In the end, we had to cancel our room after more than an hour of back and forth between the front desk and Priceline and rebook as an IHG Platinum member for nearly $200 more that our original reservation, as they did have the type of room we reserved. I have never been treated so poorly at an IHG property, and will likely not stay at another IHG property again if this is how they treat their Platinum members.
