This is just a review on the hotel and rooms not the park, so... lets get started. The hotel only being 5 years old is run down. It needs a deep clean and polish shine. Yes people vacuum and dust the lobby but they do not actually clean like really clean. The staues are broken and food is smashed in them (this is where the dirty comes in) they have not been maintained at all. But put things into perspective its a kids playground and everything will be destroyed, I get it, lets maintained and replace as needed. Lego is a multi billion dollar company manufacturing a plastic brick in the trillions they can replace a statue every year if need be. Moving along to the rooms , its mostly the same. They are clean , better than the lobby, but still run down and not maintained. Building maintenance really needs to go room by room and fix scuffs, paint, replace tiles, fix tv, and so on... just daily things that need to be addressed that are not. 1 person should have the job of going into every nook and crany replacing light bulbs at the very least... its just not being done. Alrighty, moving onto food... the food is good but for family of 4 just for breakfast or snack time your looking at over 100$ do yourself a favor and bring your own. The cost is astronomical to say the least. Save the money and splurge in the park at smokeys or the pizza restaurant in lego city. Still crazy expensive but worth it a lil bit more just in taste. Lego is in it for the money I get it but If they dont start maintaining the property and looking at food charges they will not stay relevant or open. Prove my point they started as a 7 day a week operation and now they are a 3 day only all season. They had longer daily hours and cut back to 11 to 5pm on those 3 days. They can not staff everything in the park because they have issues retaining employees, somethings wrong there, so they have to close parts of the park on the daily because they can not staff properly. Final note... let me put this in perspective as a father with small kids. We have had season passes since they opened in 2020, than closed until after covid, so we have been there since day 1. This is our last year and our passes run out tomorrow 1-3-26 we are not renewing them. Its sad 😔 the parking situation where they have tiered levels to purchase where you want to park. More you pay the closer you can get two gate. As you walk in the main parking lot is completely empty because its over 50$ and no one has paid for it so over 100 spots just empty every single day... thats the last straw for us. There is a laundry list of other things that lego is doing wrong and Nickle and dimming you to death... no more lego for us. We are sad but its not worth it anymore.

The green bath water ruined it a little, can’t be healthy and regret sitting in it! Heating is on but not heating up the room.. Compared to the hotel in Japan it’s not great. Edit: the breakfast…is as basic as it comes. In Japan you get an amazing all you can eat buffet with variety but here it’s cereal and toast , eggs then you have to pay for anything extra

Legoland is great and the hotel is fine. Just beware we had bad experience with the water - drinking water (assumed to be tap) tasted and smelled like cleaning chemicals. The water in the bathroom had the same acrid smell. Mentioned to the restaurant manager who informed “engineering” about the issue. We had to buy bottle water for drinking and personal usage. Lego, we love you and please take care of this issue. Also there was a fake skating rink using plastic surface and real ices skates. The amount of microplastics floating in the air and attaching to the clothing is horrible. Why would we use ice skates when you can just use roller blades??????
