  The gentleman at the desk that checked me in was really polite. The staff here was great, constantly cleaning hallways and public areas. The morning buffet servers were working at full speed to make sure food was refilled. We went here during February break to visit a few wineries.....big mistake!!!! There were multiple groups of kids running around being loud and up early running around the hallways at 6am. I brought it up to the desk and they informed me that families rent rooms for the night so that kids can use the pool during break. They are 1 of only 2 hotels in the area that have a pool. We will not make that mistake again.

  If i could post photos I would and wish i could!! The room itself had a nice layout! However my wife and I weren't pleased after getting in late and had noticed things weren't as clean as they should be especially being a huge king size jetted suite for $160 a night! handprints on picture above couch in small living space area, shower doors were carotid with soap scum, in which you could see that housekeeping did wipe them but didnt clean them like they should have been cleaned as there was swipe marks up and down of soap scum on both doors, us taking a shower was out of the question! In the bedroom area the body size mirror and the tv looked the same as the bathroom doors but with the tv looking even worse than the bathroom doors but not soap scum,dirt film! Those things alone made us question if we even wanted to get into the jetted spa tub not knowing if it was fully clean and sanitized even thought appeared to look fairly clean. Of course we decided not too! Our room was cold all night with the heat turned all the way up to 90. WE FROZE!! Then this morning before checkout I see things at the edge under couch from New years along with wrappers and crumbs!! when we went to check out there was no one at desk but there was a drop box for room key displayed so I couldnt even complain to management! At any price, No room should look like this! I've been in the cleaning buisness for many years and this is very unacceptable when this is suppose to be someone's profession! I dont even know how this hotel has a high rating!!

  Had a great stay. Room was very clean. Heating and ventilation nice and quiet. Great breakfast. The one issue was that the elevator sounded like it needed some maintenance. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

  Everything was great! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly.
