We visited just after New Year's (last week) and the town was very quiet with students still gone and off-season wine tasting. The hotel was completely dark when we arrived at 11pm and we woke the desk attendant eventually. We settled into our rooms and in the morning found the water in the bathtub to be jet brown. The front desk agent did concede to offering us a bottle of water each, noting that she was so gracious despite our lacking of elite Diamond Club status. No further discount, etc. could be offered because "only the manager can do that" and they were not on-site, and have not been able to return a call or email in the past week. Photo below. Breakfast was assembled with the same manner of care as the plumbing. Did they water down the waffle mix with that same brown stuff?

Only booked this hotel for the hot tub pool and breakfast well at least I get one and that's breakfast hopefully it's not broken in the morning as well nothing on mine said about hot tub or pool without a order spent $500 for 3 nights after a long plane ride the only thing I wanted to do was being a hot tub instead of canceling my reservation I still chose to stay here it's a nice hotel but it has its own little problem by the previous comments doesn't look like they took the cleanliness of the bathrooms and to consideration maybe pain the bathroom sink make it look a little bit more professional we do the caulking on the bottom of the shower and my bath towels were placed in front of a outlet didn't think that was very safe but I moved them away from the fore hazard yeah the other comment was right this ain't cheap but it's very convenient spot they just need to work on a few things all around us still pretty good hotel so far haven't decided if I wanted to stay here again due to the pool and hot tub being broken and nothing being posted on the website hopefully they can change my opinion of the next 2 days
