After numerous voicemail messages left over the course of 13 months, this francised property has left me with no location for conference members to stay. I was told to call back mid year 2025, as new rates would be published. I have been calling since September 2025 and get no response. Today, I called the front desk and asked for the email of the sales dept. I also asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager. I emailed and received a resonse within 2 mins telling me there was no availability. This property is a francise and is extremely unprofessional. They do not deserve to have the Holiday Inn name on their sign.
