  Great spot close the airport with shuttle. Clean, clean, clean. Nice breakfast and extremely nice people. I’m definitely booking here again! PRO: Clean and close to shopping CON: No microwave in the room, TV setup is weird

  I had the pleasure of staying here for the past two days, and the customer service was truly phenomenal. Although my initial room had a few mechanical issues due to the hotel being sold out, the situation was handled promptly and I was moved to a room that fully met my standards. A special thank you to Kristi and Andrew at the front desk—they were exceptional, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner. Victor and the rest of the staff were equally impressive; every interaction I had outside of my room was warm and welcoming. The team at Voco truly goes above and beyond to meet guests’ needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast options were plentiful. Thank you all for such a great experience—I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

  The hotel is located near the airport which is convenient, our stay included breakfast which was much appreciated, the rooms are modern and look to be have been recently renovated, housekeeping did a good job at having our rooms stocked with clean towels, replanished our coffee machine, bottled water, etc. Here is my issue with this hotel.. They sacrifice the resting time of their guests.. We stayed here two nights, it was impossible to have a good night sleep because of how loud the music was being played.. it was blasting, so much so that our room was on the second floor and were able to hear it.. If you are looking to spend have a good night of sleep, this is not the place for you.. I am writing this review from my room as the party is going on..

  Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and charismatic. Andrew (staff) and Malakai (staff) were also very helpful in every aspect considering it was our first time in New York and they were a joy to be around! Would definitely recommend staying here! The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the airport as well. Overall, we would stay here again!

  I have been staying at this hotel since it first opened, and initially, everything was excellent. The customer service, especially from Doug, was outstanding and made my experience very pleasant. However, since his departure, the overall quality of the hotel has significantly declined. I have encountered several issues during my recent stays. The door locks have not been functioning properly, which is a serious safety concern. The refrigerator in my room does not get cold, was unclean upon arrival, and had a very unpleasant odor coming from inside. Additionally, the floors were noticeably dirty, which is unacceptable. There was also no tissue in my room, and despite requesting it, no one brought it up. This lack of basic service is very frustrating. This is very disappointing, especially considering how great this hotel used to be. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the level of quality and service that was once provided.
