  Horrible customer service, I went to put my bags in the the car for 2 mins and they threw the rest of my things out as soon as I walked through the doors, guard your stuff if you come here, they don't respect ur belongings, staff smiled in our faces at our frustration.

  Recently renovated hotel with nice rooms and views. They have valet parking and its free. Thats worth $50 at most hotels in the city. They also posses a newly renovated bar and restaurant with Asian and American cuisine. Very clean throughout the hotel. The entrance is rather stunning with a 10 story chandelier greeting you when you enter. Access can be difficult. But the free valet parking relieves most of that trouble.

  This hotel is in an awesome location in Flushing, right near all the great dining and fun activities. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was very helpful - especially with valet parking our car. As a Black Diamond member, I was given free breakfast for everyone in my party, which was a very nice touch. However, when I requested a late checkout, they did not honor it, stating that it is based on hotel availability and they couldn't extend it. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, and everything worked without issue (TV, lights, etc.). Just be aware that the bathroom is extremely tiny, even for one adult. I can't imagine parents with small children trying to navigate it. My biggest problem by far was the strong cigarette smell that came out of the AC vents all night long. Whenever the air conditioning kicked on, it blew a heavy smoke odor into the room that completely ruined our sleep. I’m not sure if the hotel has smoking rooms and the central air just circulates it, or if someone was smoking in their room when they weren't supposed to, but this was highly unpleasant and really put a damper on the stay.

  I had another stay at Hotel Indigo Flushing, and this time truly meant a lot to me. At check-in, Lloyd completely surprised me — I’ve stayed here multiple times whenever I visit New York, and he actually remembered me. That moment felt incredibly special. It wasn’t just a check-in, it felt personal. The whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient, but never cold. It was warm in a very natural way, which is rare. And honestly, this wasn’t a one-time experience — every staff member I’ve encountered here has been consistently kind and professional. To me, this is what “service with heart” really means. Not forced friendliness, but genuine care — the kind that makes you feel seen and remembered. I’ll definitely keep coming back every time I’m in New York. Thank you for making each stay something I truly look forward to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  stayed at the Hotel Indigo Flushing - LaGuardia from March 14–16, 2026. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but I have never encountered a property as dishonest as this one. The Issue: My room had no complimentary water upon arrival. I talked to a staff member named Lloyd, who explicitly told me to "just grab two bottles from the Market, those are complimentary." Despite this, I was charged $8.99 for the water. The Dishonesty: When I filed a billing claim, the hotel management (specifically a representative named Francisco) claimed they reviewed CCTV and spoke to the staff, denying any such conversation took place. This is a blatant lie. I have saved text message screenshots from Lloyd confirming the water was free. It is insulting that a hotel would go to such lengths—fabricating "investigation results"—to avoid refunding a small, unauthorized charge caused by their own staff's instructions. Verdict: If you value transparency and honest billing, stay elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that actually respect their loyal elite members. I am currently initiating a credit card dispute for this unauthorized charge.
