Rooms were clean and decently sized. Staff was friendly. The shuttle to LGA was on time and so convenient. It runs every hour. Did get to try any food or restaurant but there were many choices just above the hotel. Parking on site for $1 an hour after validation.

Great hotel, with a great location, plenty of places to each within walking distance. Angel at the front desk is amazing. He helped ensure my room and the rooms my family where staying in were as close as possible to each other, this was a great help for the birthday celebration we were attending.

This place was creepy and has poor craftsmanship. Ceiling lights were falling out, door locks that didn't lock, microwave shoved into a wall, and chairs with stains. The room was decent, but there was strange noises coming from the ceiling AND outside. There was a rooftop bar that smelled overwhelmingly of bleach, and had little kids running around like it was a playground. And the flooring felt like it was falling apart and uneven. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING. STAY AWAY!!!

It was a nice place to stay. There is not much near there. But there is a Bodega on the corner with a deli and good coffee where you can also buy single beers for $3. A tremendous deal. My room was also nice and they actually replenished the two water bottles every morning. A good bang for the buck place to stay in an odd area.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights Common areas, restaurants dirty, Rooms looked ok, filthy under the beds, paint chipping, gym closed, play center closed Customer service by far the WORST I have ever experienced, messed up our reservation twice, didnt clean 2/3 of the rooms despite several requests, rude, defensive, unprofessional staff. Would never ever go back.
