  It was a good experience for the budget and close to a major hub. However, there were some issues that could have made this place better. First, the restroom had no lock. Second, the microwave was not inside the room when we booked a double bed (not sure about other room options). We had to go outside the room to warm up food, which was a bit inconvenient. Third, the beds were too soft—when you lie down, they sink under your whole body, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, you get what you pay for at this place.

  Had a great stay. I have high status with Marriott and Hilton so typically don't stay at IHG properties. I was so pleasantly surprised. Have to give a huge shout out to the front desk guy Andrew. What a professional! You would think he is the owner with how he wants you to be completely satisfied. He is courteous always friendly and very accommodating. That guy deserves a raise for sure!!

  Stayed here from December 9th-12th and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Our room was very clean and has great amenities! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had about transportation needs. There is a bus outside the hotel that takes you directly to the subway station which was also a huge plus! Definitely will be coming back when we come to visit.

  I wanted to like it. Beautiful inside and rooms nice. That’s where it ends completely. My heat didn’t work (like others have said) and they came twice and just reset the thermostat lol. That doesn’t fix the heat. Of course there’s a big parking fee. Very confusing to find the Lobby and figure out what side of the elevator to get off. There should be huge signs as you enter the parking lot saying “hotel lobby- floor 2 in elevator”. This is China town so expect thousands of them around. The club downstairs is under construction so debris everywhere. Constant noise of traffic and planes. The staff were very nice but why is there a hotel squeezed inside restaurants and clubs with no parking?

  TL;DR: BEWARE: freezing rooms, windows with no handles, temperatures below 70 degrees in December. Do NOT believe the (presumably AI-generated) reply below. I got my refund by going directly through Expedia. Absolutely insane experience here. They’re operating with complete incompetence and then accusing customers of running scams on them. Our room did not have a window handle and broken blinds the first two nights in the dead of winter. Could not switch our rooms— but don’t worry we were given random blankets to block the literally open (and unclosable) windows. On the third day, they finally find their window handle only for us to come back past midnight to find all of the blankets removed and the room freezing cold again. A photo is attached below with a temperature of 68 degrees in the room. Had to get another onslaught of blankets for the room. When I went to check out, instead of compensation or anything reasonable, we were accused of trying to run a scam on them because the room manager recalled leaving it on 80 rather than 79. In any case, below is an uber drop off time and a time stamp for a photo. Will hopefully get a refund through hotels.com. EDIT: after speaking with voco customer service, the manager Lamar lied suggesting that I was shown a video, and suggested that I was somehow uncooperative despite placing a handle on the window on the third day of my stay, removing the blankets from the window, and maintaining freezing temperatures.
