  We booked a suite at the IHG Hotel in Flushing for our wedding day preparation and photos in September 2025, and the experience was absolutely amazing! Before our actual stay, the staff kindly showed us the suite so we could make sure it would fit our needs and it was perfect. The suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, with two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking Manhattan, making it an ideal space for our wedding getting ready photos. On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They were warm, attentive, and even offered us complimentary breakfast a wonderful gesture we truly appreciated! Everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Flushing or looking for a special place to celebrate important occasions

  As a native New Yorker, I am pretty much jaded when it comes to NYC trips. But the Indigo Hotel gave me the tourist in my own city vibe in the best way possible. It is conveniently located in the heart of Flushing, close to the 7 train as well as major highways if you are traveling by car. They do have valet parking at $35 for smaller cars and $45 dollars for suvs. Our stay was absolutely perfect from check in to checkout. Madison took the best care of us, making sure that we received all the information needed for our stay to be successful. The room was very clean and spacious. We chose the king size room with the view, worth every dollar. The bed was very comfortable, however I ask for am extra comforter as I do like my bedding fluffy. And the room itself planned out very nicely. There is a mini fridge and a small coffee maker. They use malin and goetz for the bathroom essentials, which in my opinion are top of the line products. There are a lot of great touches, like con air hair dryer and iron that add that extra touch of comfort. If you are a gym rat, they have one for you. The 7 train makes an easy trip to Manhattan, but there's plenty to do right there If you want to stay local. There are so many restaurants to choose from but for me the most amazing treat were the bakeries. It seems like there is one on every corner and everyone of them delicious. To sum it all up, the location is a perfect combo of the City with a niche neighborhood that brought back so many memories. Bed was big and comfortable. Room is clean and spacious with two closets (on the smaller size), a desk and an arm chair. Service is impeccable, fast and friendly. No one was making faces at my requests or huffing and puffing when I asked for something. This is a great hotel, and remember, tip your staff.

  From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by the sweetest, smartest and accommodating people! The lobby is well decorated and functional! The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The beds are won! Lots of great pillows! The bathroom is so comfortable and clean! The gym is is just enough and clean. There’s a lovely little tea house type of restaurant in the building and they serve coffee early! I am looking forward to staying only here when I return to NY! Thank you Indigo.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to highlight the amazing front desk team here! Lloyd was incredibly welcoming — his customer service is through the roof and his personality truly made us feel at home. He’s the kind of person who instantly brightens your day! Madison also did a phenomenal job checking us in. She provided helpful information about the hotel and nearby places to go, which we appreciated so much. I watched her handle a large, very rude group before us with complete professionalism and patience. Despite that stressful moment, she greeted me and my boyfriend with a warm smile and a positive attitude — she didn’t project any of that negative energy onto us. That shows true hospitality! Both Lloyd and Madison are major assets to this hotel. Keep them around — they are definitely the reason I will be returning in the future!

  My wife and I stayed here for her birthday trip. First off, the free shuttle is a nice addition, but the driver was on the phone the entire ride and drove very chaotically. When we arrived, the photos of the hotel’s exterior online didn’t match what we saw in person. It’s a decent-looking building, but the pictures are clearly misleading, which was concerning. During check-in, the front desk associate mentioned she was in training and seemed confused, which made me a bit uneasy about how our stay would go. The lobby was also quite small with very limited seating. Once we got to our room, it looked mostly like the photos online. However, the towels were rough, the walls were thin—you could clearly hear conversations from the next room, lots of noise from the road as well even all the way on the tenth floor—and the water in the toilet was yellow even after flushing, which didn’t inspire confidence about the water quality. The TV barely worked. It was stuck on the news for about ten minutes, and when we tried YouTube, it would freeze unless the quality was turned down to 480p. Sometimes the news audio would even keep playing in the background. Room service was slow and didn’t seem to pay attention to our requests. We skipped the on-site restaurant after reading mixed reviews, especially considering the prices. On our way back to the airport, we had a different shuttle driver. He wasn’t on the phone this time, but he drove way too fast and took turns sharply. When we arrived, he asked for a tip and got pushy when we told him we didn’t have any cash. Overall, it was not a great stay. The room was mediocre, and the service was worse. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
