Best western’s brand is tarnished by this location.
Breakfast was nonexistent, except a coffee machine, bread, and dry cereal. I was there for 2 breakfasts and there was no milk, no eggs, no sausage (as every other BW has) - the pancake machine was the only hot food.
The juice machine had the same juice inside of it for days and doesn’t appear to be refrigerated because I can see it throughout the day, so it felt like a health hazard.

Rude Receptionist and Hidden Deposit Policy Ruined the Experience
We stayed here on December 2, 2025, and while the hotel itself is complete and well-maintained, our experience was ruined by the receptionist’s rude and unprofessional behavior.
At check-in around 2 PM, we were suddenly told about a $200 security deposit, which was never mentioned before arrival—not during booking or in any confirmation emails. The receptionist demanded either cash or our bank account details for the deposit. We felt uncomfortable but were pressured to provide our information. This situation left us very uneasy about the safety of our personal and financial data.
When I simply asked about check-in, the receptionist responded in an irritated tone, repeating “ID, ID” instead of explaining politely. Even when I mentioned that her tone was inappropriate, she didn’t apologize. It felt as if she disliked her job and made the atmosphere tense and unpleasant.
The breakfast was also disappointing—no bacon, ham, or cheese, which are basic breakfast items. The pancakes tasted artificial, almost like plastic, and there were very few options overall.
It’s unfortunate because the owners seem to have tried to make this hotel nice, and other Best Western locations in Japan have been much better. However, this experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable.
We hope management will review this issue, ensure proper communication about deposits, and train staff to treat guests with respect and professionalism.

The front-desk lady did a great job for helping us find a parking place. While the hotel's parking spots were taken, she told us to use our cellphones to go to Google.com and type "public parking near me". Then immediately, we saw a list of over 20 parking places in this area. The lady was kind enough to tell us to compare the distance, open hours and price, and pick one that best meets our needs. Then parking became easy and it was not that difficult. We really appreciated her efficient help.
