Absolutely unacceptable experience. The owner was extremely rude, aggressive, and showed discriminatory behavior toward Chinese people. My car was only temporarily parked while I was picking up a food delivery, and I was delayed for just a few minutes. He claimed my car was blocking him from backing out, and then he intentionally damaged my side mirror. The blue vehicle in the photo belongs to the hotel owner. If this is how the owner treats people, it says everything about the quality of this hotel. The poor reviews are clearly there for a reason. I have already called the police and reported the incident. Stay away from this place.

I stayed at the Best Western Queens Court Hotel in Flushing during the recent snowstorm because it was unsafe to travel and I was with my 8-year-old child. What should have been a safe place during a difficult situation turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
From the beginning, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. On one night, the employee tried to charge me $177 directly for a room that was about $102 online. When I booked through the platform instead, the situation escalated and the employee became hostile.
The conversation continued in the lobby in front of other guests where the employee spoke about me in an inappropriate and humiliating way. At one point she even addressed comments to my child instead of speaking directly to me, which was completely unacceptable.
Another serious concern was the lack of hygiene around the breakfast area. I personally observed the same staff member handling breakfast items without washing her hands, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
I also noticed from other reviews that I am not the only guest who has had issues with the staff here. That is very concerning.
I recorded the interaction on my phone and the hotel’s lobby security cameras should also show what happened.
Guests—especially those traveling with children during an emergency snowstorm—should be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Management seriously needs to review how guests are treated at this property.

Best western’s brand is tarnished by this location.
Breakfast was nonexistent, except a coffee machine, bread, and dry cereal. I was there for 2 breakfasts and there was no milk, no eggs, no sausage (as every other BW has) - the pancake machine was the only hot food.
The juice machine had the same juice inside of it for days and doesn’t appear to be refrigerated because I can see it throughout the day, so it felt like a health hazard.
