Despite other reviews, I approached this hotel with an open mind. The sample size was small I thought. Let me give it a shot. The issue was not the service. The person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The issue was not cleanliness of the room. It looks brand new. The floors hallway smells a bit off but for the price I thought I could ignore it.
The two things that made me rate this a 1. First it’s very loud. It’s next the a 6 or 8 lane highway. You can hear the cars outside very very clearly.
Second, the individual ac/ heat units in the room do not work. They cannot be adjusted. The noise would have been able to be drowned out a bit if the HVAC could be turned on. But it couldn’t.
So if you don’t mind HVAC being unadjustable (the room was a little warm for me but I run hot. It is November). And if you are a city person used to cars outside (or bring your own white noise machine with you when you travel to drown out the sound of a 6 lane highway, then this place is fine.

I am genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews, as our experience at this hotel was excellent.
We typically stay at other Hilton-branded properties, but decided to try something different during this trip, and we were very pleased with our choice.
The rate was quite reasonable, and the room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and appearance.
The room featured modern amenities such as a smart TV with an actual channel guide, an LED mirror, and a digital thermostat, all of which added to the upscale feel of the room.
We also enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountains from our window.
The elevator did look a little dated, but y’all are not sleeping in it!
The hotel’s location is ideal — easily accessible from I-84 and close to restaurants, gas stations, and coffee shops. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a very pleasant stay.
Overall, we found this property to be a hidden gem and would gladly return on future trips.

I’m a Dimond member and stay at over 100 different Hiltons a year. This was not up to standards. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast lame and only 1 plug at the bed. Small room and expense!

I have worked in customer service for over a decade and I am absolutely appalled at how the staff treats their guests here! The customer service is subpar at best. They are rude and do not properly communicate at shift change, making your stay more difficult. The rooms were mostly clean except the fridge was full of old food. The water quality here is poor. It is newly remodeled and clean. They do offer a continental breakfast but there are no grain free options really. I will not be staying here again.

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, this hotel is great for this grade/price. The staff are friendly and the rooms are newly refurbished. There’s free coffee all day and breakfast is included. The lobby is basic yet clean. The elevator does need a renovation but it works no problem, and how long are you going to stay in an elevator of a 4 storey hotel? Hallways are a bit dark but you’ll be pleased when you enter your room.
