If you're traveling on business or leisure to the Hudson Valley, our hotel is convenient to I-84 and Rt 9 making it central to many offices, institutions, restaurants, and shopping. Our Fishkill location is a great place to stay when visiting the numerous area attractions, including the West Point Military Academy, the Dia Beacon, the Walkway over the Hudson and the Hudson River Art Trail. For the history enthusiast, there is FDR Presidential Library and Museum, Val-Kill, and Vanderbilt Mansion. Also the quaint Main Street areas of Fishkill, Beacon, and Cold Spring with local shops and restaurants.     Bed was hard as a rock. The people in the room next to mine were partying all night and being loud blasting music and watching movies. I stayed at this holiday inn for a business trip before returning home to Florida. I got the worst sleep in my life here! I was probably better off just sleeping in my car on the highway rest stop. I wasted $300.00 dollars on my credit card from the horrible experience. Please advise management. Thank you!

    Workers are really nice and professional but the pancake machine broke , elevator broke ,there are German cockroaches , bedding was ripped / stained , and the pool could be better

    My mom stayed at this hotel and as I was picking her up, we found that the elevator was broken. Manager said they wouldn’t be able to fix the elevator until next day. She is not able to easily walk stairs, but was forced to walk down 4 flights or else she would’ve been trapped in her room. They moved her to a first floor room, and it was terribly noisy. Kids running around all night. Starting at 5am, the breakfast kitchen was banging loudly with the door open. She kindly asked them to shut the door, but it was opened again just minutes later. When we asked to speak with a manager, they just kept putting us off. Promising phone calls that never came. Despite guaranteeing some kind of compensation, nothing whatsoever ever came. They just don’t even care about their reputation

    Loved it. 1st of all the reception person Isaac was a lovely young man, very professional, welcoming and charismatic. The hotel itself is very bright and airy. The breakfast is complimentary and let me tell you that breakfast was amaxing bc they put out a variety, and large amount of items. LOTS of food and variety. That hotel breakfast area was packed with guest. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked fun and enjoyable. I went with my family and according to them they slept heavenly however, and unfortunately, my room, tho it was pretty & clean and blah blah blah 😑 that mattress needs to be thrown out the window. We woke up feeling deformed and in pieces, completely discombobulated. That mattress has to be 60 years old. THE WORST MATTRESS EVER!!!!! And for the price I paid. I wish l I could get a refund or a credit bc that's the worst mattress. Those 2 beds made so much noise 😒 every move I made. My daughter and I tossed and turned ALL NIGHT LONG. They also had a charging station that didn't work. The bathroom ceiling was a bit concerning- looks like it had mold. We felt uneasy so we didn't bathe bc of this. Please see picture attached. Again, my other family who were in another room had an amazing experience & slept like angels. I tested their mattresses & yes they def had DIFFERENT mattresses. They tested our mattresses and said HELL NO and agreed that the mattresses were not the same. I also noticed that noone cleaned the elevator button area, which I found incredibly gross, as we are in flu/virus winter season. The glass through out the hotel were dirty as well. And the main floor bathroom looked a bit unkempt. Im a fair reviewer and only write what is truth. The staff here very freindly and courteous.
