If you're traveling on business or leisure to the Hudson Valley, our hotel is convenient to I-84 and Rt 9 making it central to many offices, institutions, restaurants, and shopping. We are also centrally located to many area colleges with The Culinary Institute of America as well as Marist and Vassar colleges a short drive away. If you're traveling by air, Stewart International Airport and Westchester County Airport are within 30 minutes to an hour drive away. All 3 NYC airports are within 75 miles from the hotel.
Our Fishkill location is a great place to stay when visiting the numerous area attractions, including the West Point Military Academy, the Dia Beacon, the Walkway over the Hudson and the Hudson River Art Trail. For the history enthusiast, there is FDR Presidential Library and Museum, Val-Kill, and Vanderbilt Mansion. Also the quaint Main Street areas of Fishkill, Beacon, and Cold Spring with local shops and restaurants.
Our hotel does include an indoor pool and spa with solarium, a fitness center, a business center with printing capabilities both available 24 hours a day, and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building. Came here New Year’s Eve expecting some noise but there were people running up and down the hallways cursing and yelling, people in the room next to me hooting and hollering. I spoke to the front desk multiple times giving them the room numbers of the people causing the disturbances and even WENT DOWNSTAIRS in my pajamas pleading with them to do something and they did nothing. We had complained again around midnight and the man at the front desk told me and my fiance to call the police if the noise continues because he can’t do anything else. Considering the amount of money my fiance paid for the night this is horrid. I’m absolutely outraged and I want some sort of reimbursement or a sincere apology over the phone. I 100% Do not recommend if you are looking to get some sleep.

- BBBDec 22, 20255.0Oh my goodness. What a great find. The staff was incredible. Kind, helpful and compassionate(we were there because we had issues with our heat at home and live locally). Everything was very clean and organized. Pool area was well maintained. If we had to find one complaint, it was that we had breakfast later on Saturday and the bacon was gone(we probably could've asked for more but didn't want to be a bother, there were so many other great options). If my heat isn't fixed today, I will happily go right back. 😊 Seriously, every single person working the front desk was very happy, pleasant and nice. My shy daughter even felt comfortable enough to ask Brandon to get into the pool area the last night.

I checked out on the morning of November 21 at approximately 5:51 AM. Because I was rushing to work, I did not review the receipt at that exact moment. Later, when I reviewed my charges, I discovered that the hotel had billed me for an additional night and a no-show charge for another night that equaled $606.00 —both of which are completely incorrect. When I contacted the hotel with my receipt for proof, the receipt given was tied to a guest name that is not mine. I reached out to management in good faith, expecting a simple correction for what is clearly a hotel error. Instead, the hotel has refused to cooperate or resolve the issue, despite being presented with documentation. This situation reflects poor billing practices and unacceptable customer service. Guests should not have to fight to correct mistakes caused by hotel staff. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here carefully review all charges immediately at checkout to avoid dealing with what I am now experiencing. Until this matter is resolved properly, I cannot recommend this property.
