    Very nice hotel. The front desk staff is very welcoming. Our server Jonny was very nice. the eggs Benedict was delicious. Looking forward to staying there again.

    Had an issue with my reservation both the lady at the front desk and manager were nasty and rude. They were in the wrong and still would not fix it. Room was nothing like the photo. I would never stay here again.

    This hotel leaves a LOT to be desired. Even the 2 coffee cups they give you are not microwave safe and literally lit on fire and smelled of burning plastic. The shower is like half an old people hand shower with no main head. There are no vending machines so you need to spend airport prices in the hotel for a basic drink. Think- $6 for a very tiny vitamin water. It’s next to a courtyard Marriott so don’t waste your money here. Not a good value and very meh 🫤

    We stayed one night on our way to Salem Ma. The rooms were nice and clean . It's not run down as some reviews stated. The pool was crowded and the $10 per person breakfast or meal credit was a nice touch for gold members. Its located in a quiet area in the back close to a big lake.

    PSA: hot tub is not in function, beware before you book!! Was super disappointing when we arrived on my birthday weekend after a long day :( the management wasn't super attentive either to offer any alternatives to make it a better experience for us. Unfortunately, this poor customer experience could have easily been avoided if they were more flexible in their approaches to servicing and retention. Brand reputation and trust deteriorated, will not be coming back to book another Hilton stay again.
