    This is a very great place to rest and be with the family but the best thing about it is that we met Catherine at Front Desk who was always smiling and ready to help us out with any questions.

    They gave away the room we paid for to someone else without explanation. They are ignoring our request for a refund of the difference between the room they gave us and the one we paid for. They were also annoyed when we asked for our complementary waters and what not, implying that we were inconveniencing them.

    The walls lack insulation. You can hear even the toilet flushing in other rooms. The bed frame created every time I shifted in bed. Good thing I was alone cause everyone will know if you get busy in bed. Shower has half a shower wall so water gets on the floor.

    The first room smelled so bad that we asked to switch immediately. The staff member on duty was unhappy to change my room. The 2nd room only smelled slightly but looked clean. The breakfast was fine but the lobby has NO AC. The place gave me a sore throat that would clear up after we left. Unfortunately, we had to stay there for 4 nights. (Stuck on a bus tour without any other options) By the last day, I thought I was getting sick but a few hours after check out, it cleared up.
