This is the worst Hilton ever! The clerk judged my husband like he was trash and turned him away, because she said she ran her reports even though there was availability. We own a trucking company and he just got off the road. We have been Hilton diamond members for years and have never been treated so bad. He asked if she had availability for diamond member and she said NO with a smirk as if he wasn't one. It is 20 degrees outside there and she had no compassion. We will be reaching out to corporate. Do not come here, the customer service is horrible!!

This is one of my go to places for business travel in this area. The breakfast is OK but the female who serves it has a slight attitude or maybe she's frustrated but 2 out of the 3 times I've stayed she seemed a little mean. The last time I stayed my room had a lady bug infestation going on...room 414 BUT on a positive note.... the car charger is convenient, the pool is great, the house keeping staff and the older lady at the front desk in the morning are sweet hearts hence the 3 stars... would have been 5 but....!

Room was smaller than most of the Hampton we stay at. Pool was frigid and the breakfast was lacking. Service was good and friendly. The heater in the room was hard to regulate. We love the Hampton inn but this one did not meet the standards we are used to.

I would stay here again if I ever needed a last minute place to stay near here. I am very grateful to have stayed here, but I cannot stand by my initial five star rating. There were a few things like not enough soap in dispensers (lobby bathroom and shower gel in room) and other signs that the room was not cleaned well. It is nice that they provide breakfast. I am happy with the oatmeal.
