- SSStephen SkrolyJan 3, 20265.0Cant say enough. Very nice. Lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff attentive. Lots of places to sit comfortably. Even a self development beer and wine tap. The fire place is a nice touch. The little store has essentials. Our room (432) was large, the bathroom room lay out was great. You could fit 3 people in the shower ;). Water pressure was amazing. Next ti.e we visit family, that's were we will be.
- SCSusan CallahanDec 27, 20255.0This hotel is great. Definitely the best we have stayed in on Long Island. Front staff was absolutely amazing. I called early in the morning to ask early check in. I forgot the young man I spoke to on the phone. He said housekeeping was not in yet. He took my number and said he would call me when they came in and he did! Met him at the front desk and he was so friendly and welcoming. Bobby at the desk was also very nice and helpful with anything I needed. Continental breakfast had an amazing selections . Probably the best we ever had. Hotel lobby is so great. We were able to have family and friends stop by to say hello to us and had a comfortable area to hang out in. We did not use the pool but it looked so nice and there looks like there’s a nice patio area to use. This hotel is our favorite and we will be back.

- MHMary Jo HannonDec 4, 20254.0This hotel is very nice. It is relatively new so everything is modern and up-to-date. The room, a king suite, was toomy and very comfotable. It is very convenient being located on 110/Broadhollow Road. There are numerous stores and restaurants nearby offering fast food, casual dining and sit down meals. The breakfast is standard hotel food but is good and offers a variety of items. The staff is personable and friendly. My only adverse comment is that printer in the business center was not working. I asked at the front desk at 8:00 am if they could help me. As of 6:00 pm, I still wasn't able to print. If you are going to offer this service, it should be working properly or someone on site should know how to fix it.
