DO NOT STAY HERE — YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.
To call this hotel a “flea-bag hotel” would be a compliment it absolutely does not deserve. This place is filthy, neglected, and downright depressing. Every inch of the property is either broken, stained, scuffed, corroded, or simply abandoned in place. It feels dirty the moment you walk in and only gets worse from there.
The location is just as awful. It’s stuck in a horrible, inconvenient spot that’s nearly impossible to drive in and out of safely. Whoever designed the traffic flow clearly hated humanity.
This is not a place you stay — it’s a place you survive. Avoid it at all costs.

I have to stay here for work, and I would rather sleep in my car. The hotel itself needs a major remodel old and everything smells like cigarettes. The front desk staff is complete incompetent except for the two African American ladies, one named Amira is incredible. The blonde woman who works the front desk seem like she has no clue what she is doing at all times. Last week I called the hotel before arriving to let them know I would be late due to traffic, I called from 7pm to 8;45 and she would answer the phone and say I am helping a guest check in be right with you, then put you on hold without coming back. I called 8 times during this time every time same thing. The mold in my bathroom is a nice touch. Other hotels in the area much nicer.

Unexpected overnight stay as flight was cancelled due to weather. Check in was fast. Staff have been super helpful and nice. Used the fitness center and was pleasantly surprised at the size. Not cramped at all. It was clean and smelled good. There is a peloton bike, along with other cardio equipment. Yoga mats, medicine and exercise balls, and hand weights. Here is my only disappointment. The set is missing 1 each of the lower weights (2.5 & 5). Needed those for my ongoing shoulder rehab. So skipped some exercises, however with the other weights I was able to put together a good CrossFit-like workout with weights and cardio

Was displaced to this hotel after my original lodging had to cancel my reservation due to flooding in a whole wing of rooms. Admittedly, I was at first bummed that my "fancy" hotel reservation was "downgraded" to a Hampton Inn, and even expected the staff to be exasperated with this new influx of guests they couldn't have planned for - Boy, was I wrong! This staff was kind, helpful, and understanding in how mixed up we were as we got bumped by a hotel we had booked for months! Honestly, I would come back here for the staff alone, very polite, very helpful, and really did keep their cool in the face of adversity. I even just made a Google account to come here and sing their praises. Rooms are clean, but not frills as to be expected from this chain, and a teeny-tiny bit of freeway noise BUT if those are my only complaints, then they're doing a great job!

Do not book with this hotel. We called ahead and asked if early check in would be available and we were told it would be at 1pm. When we arrived, we were told our room type wouldn’t be available yet. So we opted to switch our room type. When we got in the room, we noticed it didn’t feel clean. There was wall paper pealing off of the wall and the bathroom showed signs of water damage and mildew. We asked to switch rooms and found that the next room had the same issues as the first but add to it soap scum in the shower. And so much water damage that even the photograph in the frame over the toilet was damaged. Even the fire hose and extinguisher cabinet outside of the second room wouldn’t shut all of the way so we repeatedly knocked into it. Then as we were walking to our car, we saw that what was once a clean spot was the site of a party the night before including empty beer and liquor bottles and a ton of cigarettes dumped all around our car. Absolutely horrible experience especially for the prices they were charging this weekend.
