Even before I arrived, Sierra at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful, answering all my questions over the phone. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy. Sierra made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The room itself was spacious and modern, providing the perfect space to relax. The highlights of the stay were definitely the pool and the breakfast selection. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for great amenities and top-notch service!

Complimentary hot breakfasts, awesome front desk staff & breakfast attendants, super close to 690 which takes you anywhere in the city…. No complaints!!! P.S. there is no charge for parking unlike other hotels in the city!

This Holiday Inn Express is clean, recently renovated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The receptionist, Ms.Nicole, was splendid, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She's a great asset to the IHG hotel brand. I wish every hotel had staff members with Ms.Nicole's friendly demeanor, and that were as knowledgeable and professional as her. I am very satisfied, and should I have any issues which I don't expect to, I will update the review.

Never got a call back nothing. They were sitting on the desk where I put them everyday to sleep and then they were gone after work. The staff were exceptionally friendly, made wonderful recommendations and helped us make feel at home. Rooms were good and clean. Breakfast was a nice touch and lots to select from. Will definitely stay here again!
