They change their rates and when you call to modify your current reservation to get the better rate they won't let you modify your reservation to get the better rate. We were minutes outside of our cancellation window and they said there was nothing they could do. * Edited after their response. It was no "game". There was no "special rate". The reservation line that I called at 4:10 pm said if I would have called at 4 pm they would have gave me the better rate. Thanks for your helpful and sarcastic reply.
- SSSimonOct 29, 20251.0One of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve EVER had from any hotel. Stayed 2 nights on business. I was billed 3 nights. After repeated phone calls and follow ups over 3 weeks, the so called Assistant Manager refused to correct the bill. Best Western Customer relations was also made aware but there was no resolution. Therefore, we will now have to pay the incorrect bill since the CC bill is due, but will make sure Best Western is NOT used for future business travels by anyone. This is essentially fraud.

They had maybe a half dozen rooms occupied for around $140. I was unaware that they jacked my rate to over $180 for the second night and they still only had a half dozen or so rooms occupied.
- MCMeagan CarlsonOct 1, 20255.0Spent 5 days while visiting family. Our room was good, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only had time to use the pool a couple of times but enjoyed it each time. The staff was wonderful! Greeted us daily and always asked if we needed anything. Night time front desk was absolutely amazing and accommodating when our entire family came to say farewell. Wonderful experience!
