- KCkelly chaffeeApr 5, 20261.0I am in shock!!! I had a reservation at this hotel for 4/5/26. I called to see if they would wave the very HIGH pet fee. I spoke with their manager, Courtney. She was so unprofessional and rude!!! She said "why would I waive your pet fee? Are you special?" I am still in shock. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she canceled my reservation at hung up on me. I have reported her to corporate at will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchenette and whatever basic kitchen tools one needs (even glass containers for leftovers!). The pool and hot tub are well kept and clean. Breakfast is a highlight, with a broad choice of fresh items! Exercise room clean, and basic. Facilities to wash clothes if needed. Staff friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again!
