My family and I stayed here 2 weeks ago, the sheets were dirty and one of the elevators was barley working. One of our rooms smelled of mold.

Need better sound proofing on the end of the hotels when it doesn't have a double door to enter. Only one door and it slams all night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I especially want to mention the woman who was running breakfast on the morning of October 4 — she was so friendly and helpful, and her positive attitude was such a great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

I hate having to leave reviews like this. However, I made the decision to stay here bc of the previous reviews. Off the bat, the staff here was all very friendly and understanding, except for the woman who checked us out in the morning after I had told her about the stay. The first room we got into, one of the beds were broken and and sunk in when you sat on it. The 2nd room had stains in the toilet and tub and so we got swapped into a 3rd room. Upon the first impressions, it was okay, despite having a smaller version of the same issue in all 3 rooms of stained bathtubs. We came into town for a concert at SPAC. Later that night coming back exhausted. I has realized there were toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed which disguested me. It was only then I looked around the room closer in detail to realize how much this place need a remodeling. I further questioned how well their cleaning practices were despite how everything in their common area like their breakfast place seemed nice. There's signs of age and being worn down when you really take a glance at it. The person working the desk when we checked in was sympathetic and friendly which was postive. The woman working the morning shift did come across as apathetic and cold to the quality of the stay. Ultimately, I cannot in good faith make a recommendation to stay to stay here and if you check the reviews of the business within the surrounding area you'll discover that customer service is not something that is a well practiced activity in the area. I feel bad as I know there's potential for good as I have stayed in countless hotel rooms for both work and vacations. I cannot in good conscience make a recommendation here.
