Booked room and arrived, but decided not to stay. Horrible room and unclean. No towels, toilet was not clean, and the bed was not made. Went to a different room.. Same results! Just filthy!

He never called me after he told me that since Sept. 3, 2025. I even e-mailed Corporate & they never responded. I decided to contact the BBB & the Health Dept. They will look into this incident as I'm asking for my money back but being ignored by Best Western. My sister's bed had blood on the sheet. How gross! I'm VERY SKEPTICAL in ever staying at another Best Western. I was told by a Fire Inspector that this Hotel has become a "Transient Hotel". They would never recommend it to their family or friends. I am glad he said that as I totally agree!
