    The front desk service was exceptional. While checking in on my business reservation around 5 PM, the associate handled several challenging situations with professionalism and composure. Despite being limited in what he could do, he made every effort to assist and remained courteous even when faced with upset customers that had been rude towards him. His ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of service was impressive. Overall, an outstanding experience

    Tv stays on 1 channel says not checked in desk goes yeah we get that problem will let maintenance know in the morning then whirlpool doesn't fill up

    This place is a 💎 first the price is great. Because of that your getting the type of rooms, service and breakfast your would at a place your paying 150$-200$ for. The front desk staff are awesome, hardworking, knowledgeable and very kind. Multiple times they are gone out of their way for me and my stay. Instant out of town for work 7 days a week and I go out of my way to stay here as much as possible.

    Clifton Park NY location met standards for economy hotel. Had king bed, 2 guests and small dog. Extra $25/night for pet. Acceptable. Bathroom not up to standards: older very low toilet difficult for older guests, impossible for handicap. Jetted tub, large and difficult to enter and exit for shower. No grab bars. I didn't pay for a 5-star hotel and was satisfied overall. Front desk personnel did their job but not friendly. Convenient location near many restaurants and shopping. Large parking lot, well lit at night.
