The staff was extremely accommodating and flexible to help keep our kids entertained. Huge thank you to Frankie, Robert and Hailey for providing exceptional customer service and not just seeing us as a group of rowdy hockey families. They were so kind. I will push to use this hotel again if we are in the area. Also rooms were a good size and breakfast was well stocked by a polite worker.

Our return flight came in after the 12 am cutoff time for hotel shuttle, but the shuttle bus driver was kind enough to stay beyond her allotted time so we didn’t have to get an Uber. The driver was fantastic, as was the girl who checked us in.
