    My experience at Holiday inn express, 2 Bryle place, Chester NY proved to be the worst of any hotel in my life. I'm not talking about the room itself or the breakfast I'm just talking about the concierge. After breakfast myself and my friend and brother went back to our room to shower and pack before check out at 11. It was 9am. When we tried to get back in the room our pass keys were disabled. I asked one of the maids if she'd let us in and explained that we still had 2 hours left before check out. She told me that I'd have to go downstairs. She said " This happens all the time." My friend and brother, who is legally blind and has a medical condition, went downstairs with me. No one was at the desk. I called out several times and no response, my friend tried to find someone to help and there was no one. Finally after 10 or 12 minutes a woman came out and said is there a problem? I was pretty frustrated by this time and may have raised my voice when I tried to explained that our cards had been disabled and we still had 2 hours left till check out. She said immediately said " get out" I responded " what do you mean get out all our things are upstairs, I have to give my brother his meds and check out is not till 11. She then called the Chester police who came. One of the officers talked to me and the other one talked to her. After explaining everything they still told us we had to vacate the premises. They followed us back to the room, would not allow us to shower, kept the door open while we packed, watched as we loaded the car and followed us for several blocks. We were treated like common criminals, simply because Holiday Inn hotels is cutting corners and hiring people with no customer service experience, people who feel empowered to treat customers like garbage. I will be writing a formal letter to theHoliday Inn corporate office. I hope that no one else ever has to be made to feel like a criminal.

    I've stayed multiple times at this hotel as it is close to West Point for gymnastics meet. This last time was amazing. I had issues with my reservation and Lauren at the front desk was wonderful. She was able to help me get a room for two nights, and was just so incredibly helpful and kind! The rooms have been redone and the overall stay was just perfect. Thanks Lauren and IHG for making my stay fabulous!

    Enjoyed a lot our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dev, the front desk manager is very welcoming, helpful, very devoted and very knowledgeable! You rocked it Dev! Thank you!
