We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from January 1 to January 4, 2026, and during that time we were very satisfied with everything. The manager was friendly and professional, room cleaning was perfect, and the overall experience was excellent.
The breakfast service during those days also deserves special mention. The Ukrainian lady who was working in the breakfast area did an amazing job — from the moment breakfast started until closing, the buffet was always full. She constantly refilled the food and made sure nothing was missing.
Unfortunately, we decided to extend our stay by one more night, and that is something we truly regretted. The staff working on January 5th was completely different, and the experience changed drastically.
At 9:30 AM our room key stopped working, even though check-out time is at 11:00 AM. At 9:10 AM the breakfast buffet was already empty, and the staff member did not refill anything, despite breakfast being available until 9:30 AM. There was simply nothing left to eat, and for the first time we had to leave the hotel hungry.
I reported this to the manager, but aside from saying she would speak with the employee, no solution or compensation was offered.
On the day of check-out, starting at 11:10 AM, we were repeatedly knocked on the door — by housekeeping and then by the front desk staff. It honestly felt like we were being forced out. We were traveling with a small child, and packing takes more time. If I had not had to stand in line at the front desk earlier just to get our door reactivated after breakfast, we likely would have checked out on time.
Sadly, one single day completely overshadowed all the positive experiences we had before.

Red stain on the wall. Broken elevator. Weird room smell. Outlets barely functioning. Renovations. Keycards will have to be reactivated in the morning (at last two others on our floor also had this issue). Remote and TV had to be replaced/rewired. No other rooms were available. AVOID. The staff were nice though.

Worst Holiday Inn location I've ever been too. No housekeeping, I'm guessing only certain guest receives this amendity. No working microwave, no ice, and a strong scent of bleach throughout the hallways. I would skip this location, and I would never book here again !!!!!!!

Lauren at the front desk was truly exceptional. When our toddler got sick during our stay, she showed genuine care and compassion, helping my wife and me navigate a stressful moment with kindness and calm. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and her warmth made a difficult situation so much easier. She was even able to cheer him up when he felt so sick. We’re incredibly grateful for her and won’t forget how much she helped our family.
