  Drove in for a Bill's weekend. Checked in Friday night, they gave us a room that was already occupied with another guest (s) After that was straightened out, the experience was great.

  My wife and I checked in to the Homewood Suites - Buffalo Airport yesterday evening. The assistant on the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. The whole lobby area was very clean, cozy, and welcoming - it actually SMELLED pleasantly clean, which is very unusual. Our room is great, with separate living room and bedroom. 2 TVs, a work desk, a selection of tables, a comfortable sofa, LOADs of space, and a very well-appointed kitchen. The room is spotlessly clean, and again, has a very clean, pleasant smell. Also very important to me is the hallways, which often look the worse for wear and smell musty - here, they are bright, clean, and feel like they were redecorated just last week. Lastly, but most importantly, all the staff I dealt with have been great. Really friendly, genuinely wanting their guests to be happy and comfortable, and happy to help. I've stayed in hotels that cost multiple times what we paid for the Homewood Suite, but didn't come near this hotel in terms of offering guests a pleasant stay and offering excellent value for money. This definitely will be our go-to hotel for future visits to this area.

  It was very clean, new, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. <Airpot shuttle> Homewood does not have its own airport shuttle. However, they coordinate with nearby hotels to quickly arrange one. They arrived promptly when I arrived at midnight. When I went to the airport, they quickly accommodated my request to go to the rental car center. I'm grateful to the male driver at Garden Inn. <Breakfast> The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was delicious, especially the bagels, fresh cheese, and butter. Breakfast: eggs, sausage, hash browns, taco meat, taco fillings, tortillas, oatmeal, bread, bagels, pastries, yogurt, fruit. The breakfast staff kept everything replenished and clean. <Amenities> Provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body lotion. There was even a bathtub! On the downside, the hair conditioner was empty and hadn't been replenished, and the system was down so I couldn't get a key card. I would recommend this hotel.

  This is one of the finest Hilton properties that I've had the pleasure to stay at recently. My only complaint is that I was here for only one day. The facility is incredibly clean, well maintained and without any flaws. It's clean and fresh. The pool and spa were well stocked with towels and in great shape. The fitness center is one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel in a very long time. The hospitality was absolutely outstanding. Josh was the employee who checked me in. He's everything that a Hilton employee should be. He was warm, welcoming and enthusiastic. I'm hoping someone from Hilton reads this and commends him for his outstanding customer service. I passed the cleaning staff on the way to my room and they all greeted me enthusiastically and with smiles. The ladies that were facilitating breakfast in the morning were also warm, personable and engaging with not only me but the rest of the guests. All of these employees radiated such positive energy and made my stay great. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone needing a short or long term stay. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience.
