The lady at the front had the nastiest attitude when I asked if they had a business center. She was very rude when I asked if she could print out some papers for me. No business center and the printer was broke.

Staff is pleasant but advising of Construction would have definitely deterred me from staying there. There was no front lobby just floors which were being worked on and desks not assembled. Actually walked in and past the lobby area as I did not even know it was the lobby.....will not stay here again unfortunately.... Contacted GM Nick Ortiz....Did not return phone calls or emails...never responded to anything...did not even come out to talk to guest after this whole incident and was at the property!! Absolute WORST customer service...dont give your money here! Dont fund these types of people. Just disgusting with the whole way everything was NOT handled

It is difficult to imagine the place being able to function without such stellar people as Lulu and Annie. The only downside I can think of is that such employees rarely get the pay or time off they deserve.

While possible to walk to the airport in about 20 minutes I did it and would not recommend, kind of dangerous...def not with any rolling luggage. FYI google maps gave walking directions that appeared reasonable. Room was clean and relatively recently updated.
