  Holiday Inn Express hotels have been in decline for several years now. Not this one. Both the lobby area and my room were gleaming and fresh. Not sure if it was just redone or just well maintained. Either way, they should give lessons to other Holiday Inn properties. The only slight negative was the lack of friendliness by the front desk staff but they still did their job even if they didn’t seem too happy.

  I just have to say location ,rooms and service was great! Usually people stop to get some sleep!!!! This hotel has a doorbell on outside of room for grown people w no respect to push all hours and yelling all night while others were trying to get much needed sleep!!! Shameful some get a kick out something like these actions! My husband called the front desk and someone came and talked w them. What a mistake! It got worse!!! Grown people!!! Also we were told there was a $50 holding fee and we would get it back. We'll it ended up being $116 and still no return. The fellow at desk kept trying to fix the amount but after 3 tries and must've gave up!! We just happened to check our bank on the way home and we're shocked. Hopefully Holiday Inn fixes this.

  The rooms are great very spacious and nicely updated every thing you need and want. Down side the room we stayed in was on the first floor and it is pretty open to the lobby and you can hear everything going on. Downside do not get the parking package if you have the first flight of the day and plan to check bags. Shuttle does not start until 4am.

  Bathroom in room 407 was not cleaned upon arrival manager. Bri is not the nicest she can’t take criticism breakfast was disgusting. All the food looked old. Do not stay here.

  This hotel itself is nice, and I want to start by acknowledging that. Any time I had an issue or concern with my room, it was addressed and handled appropriately. I also want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who wears glasses and a hat , he was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel welcomed and taken care of, and I truly appreciate that. Unfortunately, my experience with certain other staff members was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I stayed at this hotel for approximately a week and a half with my toddler son. During my stay, I became aware that staff members ,particularly one involved with the breakfast service were openly talking about me and my child in ways that were judgmental, inappropriate, and hurtful. Comments were made suggesting that I was homeless and that I was abusing my son simply because he cries at times. I also overheard a staff member say, “I can’t wait until they leave,” which is extremely upsetting to hear as a paying guest. There were additional remarks about my son not having a coat while we were briefly in the lobby getting breakfast, as well as criticism about me taking two breakfast plates and making multiple trips. One plate was for me and one was for my two year-old child, and I had to make double trips because I was physically carrying my son and could not hold everything at once. What made this situation even worse was learning that these assumptions were being shared with other staff members. My child is a toddler; toddlers cry. Staff should never speculate about a child’s well-being or accuse a parent of abuse without any facts or understanding of the situation. Children cry for many reasons, including developmental differences or special needs, and it is not appropriate for hotel staff to judge or label a family based on assumptions. I am a quiet person who keeps to myself and was simply trying to enjoy my stay. Instead, I felt uncomfortable, judged, and talked about daily. To assume someone is homeless or abusing their child based on nothing more than personal bias is deeply inappropriate and unacceptable in a hospitality environment. This experience left me very unhappy and disappointed. While the hotel itself is decent and one front desk staff member was excellent, professionalism, discretion, and respect, especially toward parents and children , are clearly lacking among some of the staff. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because no guest should feel this way during their stay.
