- SSSocamanAlDec 29, 20255.0I was not able to fill out the Hilton survey on time, but wanted to thank Kathy for checking me in and welcoming me to the hotel, Amy for answering my questions and keeping chef Rich happy by taking him out for sushi, the wait staff for being very attentive during my breakfasts and keeping the coffee coming, chef Rich for his awesome omelets and stopping by to chat and share a smile, the guys that kept the walkways outside clear of snow and ice, and housekeeping for cleaning and tidying up my room and fresh towels. Finally, a decent place I can stay at in the Buffalo area!

The staff at the front desk were professional and courteous. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was good food and service. The rooms were fine. They were clean and well kept up. The price was fair. I would recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice place to stay.
