That said, the front desk staff let us know about it upon arrival. As a heads up to anyone considering this location, the renovations are expected to continue into the spring. The room could have also been cleaner; it fell short of my expectations. I felt as though it had been given a once-over ahead of our stay but nothing more. Generally, the staff we encountered were quite friendly. Big shout out to Carl(?) who made us feel welcome and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. He picked us up via the hotel's airport shuttle (a great amenity!) and also checked on us during breakfast. His service is keeping this rating from going lower and should be acknowledged. When we prepared to leave, he confirmed when we needed the shuttle back. Another note for guests: shuttle service is 24-hours but you must verbally request a ride (call the front desk from the airport when you arrive and let them know during check-out when you need the shuttle back). I would consider staying again once the renovations are complete in 2026.
