From booking to a room change, manager Shauna was nothing short of the most professional (yet warm) and helpful BW employee I have ever come across. Her staff were equally as helpful and engaging! I was there out of season but definitely appreciated the size of the pool. The courtyard in the middle was quite lovely. The location is hard to beat; convenience stores are nearby and the expressway connections get you to anywhere in Buffalo pretty fast.

Beds were SO uncomfortable. Had a very big dip in the middle that was worn out, springs squeaked with the slightest movement. Breakfast had nice options/variety.
