    Of my last seven or eight hotel stays, which were mainly Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Hyatt Place this hotel was head and shoulders superior. It’s a very large and spacious property. The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff. They keep the place in impeccable and again I was really pleasantly surprised. I would’ve thought a Holiday Inn would not be as nice as the affirmation chains when in fact it was far nicer. The room’s better the linens better the breakfast better and the staff better trained friendly happy to be there. Happy to help.

    Recently stayed here and had the worst experience. Its unfortunate considering the reviews were mostly great. The check-in experience was fine. We wanted to rest on the bed after settling in but quickly noticed that the bed sheet was soiled with what looked like snot and mucus. When we called to ask for clean bedding, they gave us a twin sized blanket for a king sized bed. We decided to not call again because we were told there was no housekeeping staff around. When entering the bathroom we saw an assistive device shower chair (unsure why that was left in the room) with soap stains and water from previous guests. The shower hose was separated from the metal covering and we were concerned it might burst while trying to shower. When we called, the employee who came to our room expressed annoyance and asked us in a condescending tone "so what do you want me to do about it?". He then asked us when we were leaving which we though was strange and threatening. His attitude was hostile throughout the whole exchange and he expressed annoyance with our concerns and requests. He slammed the door behind him as he walked out stating we will have to stay and relay our concerns only when leaving. We packed up and kept our belongings in our car then returned only to rest just before checking out at 7 the next morning. Please think carefully before booking here.

    This is the second time we have stayed here in one year. We came back here because it is a clean place with great amenities and MOST of the staff are wonderful. We are actually still here. The little breakfast lady was quite rude despite me trying to be kind to her. I gave 2 stars for service because of her

    What a beautiful experience we had. Was rocky with our rooms being mixed up when we got there .I booked 4 rooms so that me, my kids and grandchildren can be together to enjoy New Years Eve. It was important for us to be together. Something happened when I booked online. I was upset the rooms were on 2 different floors but a special thank you to Gabriel and Anthony at the front desk it was just a beautiful New Years. I publicly would like to say sorry for being emotional to them and let everyone know they both kept their professionalism and kindness at a 10. Customer Service was a 10. They understood the assignment. Never once being less then empathetic. I would be proud to have them as my sons or employees. Hotel was beautiful and clean. I was not upgraded or anything like that just felt heard and they did their best. We missed breakfast but that was on us. I didnt have money when my kids were younger so I use to take them to hotels and say we were on vacation meanwhile we were sometimes just miles away from home.Thank you for a beautiful core memory unlocked for my grown kids and I and thank you for a beautiful family experience for my grandkids. My kids and grandkids are still talking about it ! 2026 started off amazing thanks to Holiday Inn Express.
