Isn't checkout at 11:00 am !!! This is why I always use the safety door latches at night !!! Hey management what the FREAKING HELL is your staff doing trying to clean rooms at 3:00 am when we are still sleeping and not checking out til 11:00 am !!!!

The room had feces on the couch, and the entire property reeked of illegal smoke. My father immediately left, checked out, and stayed at another hotel that same night. Despite this, the hotel lied, claiming he stayed overnight, and refused to issue a refund. They even told our credit card company that my father was “seen on camera,” yet have refused to provide any footage to support that claim. This is blatant dishonesty and fraudulent behavior. The conditions were disgusting, the management is unprofessional, and the way they conduct business is shameful. I demand that someone from management reach out immediately and do the right thing by issuing a full refund and taking responsibility for this unacceptable situation.
