    Wonderful hotel with even better staff! They were all friendly, available and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Aldina for hosting our hockey team, ensuring all of our team meals were delicious and on time, and making our entire stay so pleasant!

    I think this hotel has people living here as their home and what the hell is housekeeping trying to get into my room at 3:00 am on the day I'm leaving!!!! Isn't checkout at 11:00 am !!! This is why I always use the safety door latches at night !!! Hey management what the FREAKING HELL is your staff doing trying to clean rooms at 3:00 am when we are still sleeping and not checking out til 11:00 am !!!!

    Really enjoyed my stay! Me and my boyfriend stayed the night for a wedding we had and the staff was so beyond kind, the room was ready when we came at 3, we were able to request late checkout and there were zero issues with our room. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

    I booked this hotel for my father, and what he walked into was absolutely unacceptable. The room had feces on the couch, and the entire property reeked of illegal smoke. My father immediately left, checked out, and stayed at another hotel that same night. Despite this, the hotel lied, claiming he stayed overnight, and refused to issue a refund. They even told our credit card company that my father was “seen on camera,” yet have refused to provide any footage to support that claim. This is blatant dishonesty and fraudulent behavior. The conditions were disgusting, the management is unprofessional, and the way they conduct business is shameful. I demand that someone from management reach out immediately and do the right thing by issuing a full refund and taking responsibility for this unacceptable situation.

    Thought I was getting a quiet room but all I heard was what sounded like bombs going off at 2am then again at 4am. Loudest noise I’ve ever heard. So good luck getting some rest here. Asked for quiet room and waited for a non connected room but they give me a connected room at the end of the night after I waited for independent room and then put me on a side where all I heard were the loudest disturbing banging noises I’ve ever heard. Wouldn’t stay here again
