- LLLaura6 days ago1.0The staff here are kinda strange. They’re all there very late, cleaning people are beyond unfriendly… I would make sure your bags are locked if you leave them in the rooms. As well as very unprofessional, the huge blonde desk kid was creepy. Maybe a women who can actually afford to support herself intimidates her who knows… After booking online not sure if this is the norm, scoffed at me and looked over my license and my bank card twice front to back. Seemed beyond unnecessary. Was snickering with the other girl like I get mental health is lacking in these run down areas but cmon. Mind you I’m probably ten plus years older than both these kids. Told me I could use the underground parking lot, then followed me down there… just stood there in the entrance staring at my Mercedes no pleasantries just looked annoyed… I’m not even from the area idk these people. Like this actually alarming

Isn't checkout at 11:00 am !!! This is why I always use the safety door latches at night !!! Hey management what the FREAKING HELL is your staff doing trying to clean rooms at 3:00 am when we are still sleeping and not checking out til 11:00 am !!!!
