They kindly recommended several cab companies, and Hightower was particularly helpful. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, and the restaurant offered very satisfying food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Breakfast service is almost non existent, even was told by the waitress after 25 minutes that our order was lost. We left for faster food across the street. All in all, the hotel served its purpose. 2 nights is enough. There are other choices in town.

She made a booking mistake and registered our room under the wrong name. Instead of calmly resolving it, she called us repeatedly and even sent the doorman to knock on our door, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. When we went to clarify the situation, she was rude — not only to us but also to other guests — and barely took responsibility for her error. There was hardly an apology, and her attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere. Meanwhile, the other guest whose name had been mixed up was waiting in the lobby the entire time because of her mistake. The rest of the staff seemed polite and helpful, but this incident really overshadowed our stay. I hope management addresses this issue, as guests deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
