The hotel is extremely clean, the breakfast and coffee are great, and the staff are some of the kindest we’ve encountered. The airport shuttle is quick, efficient, and makes travel days so easy. Overall, it’s an amazing value for the price — comfortable, convenient, and reliable every time. Highly recommend.
- SMSimon MDec 1, 20252.0Lobby and front desk staff are nice. Cleaning staff tried to enter my room twice even with a DND sign on the door and after yelling "no thanks' multiple times. However construction quality on this hotel is horrible similar to a cheap motel. Even light steps from the room above sound as loud as thunder. The first room we had we could hear full conversation (not muffled but actual words) and TV from the next door room. I don't believe they were talking loud. Highway noise can be quite loud depending on where your room is facing. Would avoid this hotel if looking for a relaxing stay.

I emailed the hotel to let them know so they could manage the issue to avoid with any visitors in the future and they never responded back to me. Poor customer service. I would recommend to stay away from this hotel unless you want to end up with bed bug bites.

- RDR DOct 18, 20253.0Liked being able to do app check-in and chose my room. Skipping front desk completely on both check-in and check-out. Did not like the fact it's right beside a very busy interstate I-90. The truck noise is impossible to completely erase even with very loud white noise app. If you are a light sleeper, definitely avoid this hotel. Breakfast is typical American chain hotel quality - Terrible.
