  A Truly Fantastic Stay at Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport! Our recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful – truly going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Curtis, whose exceptional service truly stood out! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. What truly set this hotel apart for us was the incredible common area. It's huge, with a bunch of tables perfect for gathering and relaxing. We especially appreciated the pool table and foosball table, which were a lifesaver for keeping our kids happily occupied while the adults could unwind. The availability of board games, Connect 4, and Jenga was also a huge plus, offering even more entertainment options. The amenities continued to impress with a warm and clean pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, and a clean and generously sized gym for those looking to stay active. And let's talk about breakfast – it was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide array of options that thankfully changed every morning, keeping things fresh and exciting for everyone. Checking out was an absolute breeze, making for a stress-free departure. Finally, a small but significant detail: the shower was wonderfully hot and featured those convenient removable handle shower head thingies, which we really appreciated. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return!

  My daughter and I stayed here for a night during our February break from school/work. We had an incredible experience. The manager (Courtney) made it extra special by putting a welcome sign for my daughter RIGHT AT THE FRONT DESK and a few little surprises right in our room! My girl was was so happy! They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center and rec room. We explored and played and relaxed. It was just what we needed. Also, the breakfast was delish!

  We did an overnight staycation. The pool was nice (the reason we stayed here) and we liked the games in the lobby. Just wish there was an option to rent movies but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly which is always an added bonus.

  Front staff is not very friendly. No smiles, didn't even respond to my hellos or good morning. As a Diamond member, customer service needs a bit of improvement. Otherwise very clean, and very good location. Nice gym too

  We always stay at the Tru by Hilton in Buffalo when flying out of the Buffalo airport, and it’s consistently excellent. The hotel is extremely clean, the breakfast and coffee are great, and the staff are some of the kindest we’ve encountered. The airport shuttle is quick, efficient, and makes travel days so easy. Overall, it’s an amazing value for the price — comfortable, convenient, and reliable every time. Highly recommend.
