I emailed the hotel to let them know so they could manage the issue to avoid with any visitors in the future and they never responded back to me. Poor customer service. I would recommend to stay away from this hotel unless you want to end up with bed bug bites.

Did not like the fact it's right beside a very busy interstate I-90. The truck noise is impossible to completely erase even with very loud white noise app. If you are a light sleeper, definitely avoid this hotel. Breakfast is typical American chain hotel quality - Terrible.
