They had pretty large apartments, they were clean rooms, stocked per the usual hotel accommodations. The prices were good and the stay was pleasant. I would stay and recommend this hotel for anyone.

Furniture damaged and wood had scratches in it. Sofa bed had 2 fitted sheets had to go back down for a regular sheet. Hot tub - they were replacing the heater , so of course hot tub out of order. Wouldn’t be bad but seems like everything in hotel was falling apart. Carpets are worn down.

- PPPRISep 16, 20255.0I stayed here for an extended time and had a superlative experience. Let me start with thanking Rachel, Jillian and Brandi at the front desk. They embody service with a smile and are always helpful, including when I needed emergency support. Next would be Lulu in housekeeping; all of them do a good job in housekeeping and Lulu was the best, never a spot missed or chore left undone, and always with a smile. Next would be the handyman, whose name I didn't catch, but helped out whenever there was an issue with the plumbing (twice during my stay). Next, Kenny for being helpful with the late check out. Last but definitely not the least, the awesome staff in the kitchen who put out a great breakfast out daily, covering so many choices for diverse dietary needs, including vegetarians. The tortillas and fixings are an inspired idea and everyone has lot of fun with it. The property is well maintained and very clean. There is a fully equipped gym, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Room was good and the full kitchen helped me cook when I needed to. The location is right on the highway and just 15 mins away from the Airport and 25 mins from Downtown/ Niagara Falls. Great place and would be my go-to any time I return.
