    This was a perfect hotel! We had a Suite connected to a suite which was perfect for traveling with 4 people, one being a 5 yr old. We could put her to bed and still have room to hang out in a family room, next to a kitchen and bathroom. The pool was clean and well kept. The rooms were super clean. We had an awesome experience there!

    Pretty underwhelming. We've stayed at Home2 in other locations a couple times and we really liked them, but we were disappointed with this one. The room was pretty mediocre and was an echo chamber. The breakfast was pretty bad. No unflavored half n half or creamer. Only choice was flavored or skim milk. Pancake machine was broken. Breakfast had no sausage... Only bacon. The price was higher than other nearby chains and it was totally not worth it.

    This is a decent hotel. Service was okay. Had to remind the front desk every day for house cleaning. Breakfast is edible i wont say anymore. The rooms are dated and they do not have smart TVs. Overall positive experience just not what I expected from a Hilton

    If You're planning a stay take notice of the cancelation policy. Booked a stay through the Hilton Rewards App, and had to cancel due to a winter storm. Hotel staff would do nothing for me and sent me to the Hilton cancelation toll free number which is closed on Sundays!!! Ive stayed multiple times at this property and was always very pleased with my stays. Beyond dissapointed with this hotel and there absolute 0 customer satisfaction. Springhill Suites next door would be a better alternative for the next stay. Let me be transparent and respond to your response. I did call the number in your reply and I was directed to call hilton"s 1800 number because I was told there is nothing the hotel property could do. Then the corporate staff also informed me there was nothing they could do. There is nothing anyone can do. Clearly your hotel chain cares 0 about customer loyalty or customer satisfaction, be transparent about it and just let your customers know if they book the non refundable rate the hotel will do absolutely nothing for you. Not even a simple request like recieving credit to your account for your next stay instead of just keeping your money. Disgusting
