    Excellent spot for a long term stay, hotel staff is attentive and friendly and very helpful, rooms and facilities are very clean

    This is a decent hotel. Service was okay. Had to remind the front desk every day for house cleaning. Breakfast is edible i wont say anymore. The rooms are dated and they do not have smart TVs. Overall positive experience just not what I expected from a Hilton

    If You're planning a stay take notice of the cancelation policy. Booked a stay through the Hilton Rewards App, and had to cancel due to a winter storm. Hotel staff would do nothing for me and sent me to the Hilton cancelation toll free number which is closed on Sundays!!! Ive stayed multiple times at this property and was always very pleased with my stays. Beyond dissapointed with this hotel and there absolute 0 customer satisfaction. Springhill Suites next door would be a better alternative for the next stay. Let me be transparent and respond to your response. I did call the number in your reply and I was directed to call hilton"s 1800 number because I was told there is nothing the hotel property could do. Then the corporate staff also informed me there was nothing they could do. There is nothing anyone can do. Clearly your hotel chain cares 0 about customer loyalty or customer satisfaction, be transparent about it and just let your customers know if they book the non refundable rate the hotel will do absolutely nothing for you. Not even a simple request like recieving credit to your account for your next stay instead of just keeping your money. Disgusting

    Dirty. Found bed bug and they refuse to refund my money. Staff use code word cupcakes. Spoke to manager and forward pictures. Wish I could attach pictures but having problems. Bottom line Bed Bugs Alert!!!!!!!!!!
